On hold
I haven’t posted anything personal for quite a while now. It is not that nothing is happening (the opposite is the case) but I don’t feel like blogging right now. I was considering deleting this blog, but when scrolling and reading through my posts I felt nostalgic and thought “hello no!”. I put quite some time and effort into this blog and although I have a only very...

the Sounds & Sights of Radical Face // Current TV →
I couldn’t find this video for a while and now stumbled across it once more. It’s a fascinating glimpse behind the curtain of Ben Cooper’s (aka Radical Face) recording of his debut album Ghosts (his new one Family Tree was just released). Check it out and get hooked:)

Apps That Boost Your Productivity →
I stumbled upon Wunderlist via Mac’s App Shop. Looks great & very user friendly. I tried out a bunch of ‘to-do-list apps’ but never got hooked. Let’s see how this goes.  The good thing: It works on any system and is for free. A plus: You can invite people to your lists (e.g., when collaborating). Neat! sm

New York - Wrap Up
New York has been cool, but I am still struggling with the experience. There are great things to see (mainly buildings) and to experience (the pulse of the city) but it is a bit too much. As much as I liked (or even loved) London, I always thought it was a bit stressful and noisy. London is a ghost town compared to New York! New York, New York
NYC is great. Although you shouldn’t trust your city guides. It told me that you get a Manhattan cab flat of 30-40$ and in the end I paid 60 plus tolls (another 19$). I was told that this is actually a fair price because I suspected I might have been ripped of. I arrived at the POD Hotel relatively late (around 10pm) and so we did not do too much. My friend was already here and so I just...
